… and guess what! It did!

The official wedding photos from Jo and Joes wedding in September have been posted online for viewing and download. There are hundreds and hundreds of photos that follow the couples day from morning preperations, through the ceremony finishing on the party at the Waterfront in Hertford.
You can see the photos for yourself here. Jo and Joe are calling for photographs taken by the guests, so if you have any good shots of the wedding, or party afterwards send them to Jo and Joe; full details on their site. Would it be terribly rude if I said that this is my favourite shot?

The epic tale of short film
You might be aware that I had produced a short presentation of photos and music through the ages of Jo and Joe. However, when it came to the big day technology failed miserably. Since then I have been re-working the project so that rather than a good show for the day, it works as a nice momento of the occasion.
This project is well underway and should be complete soon. More details to come, but it is looking pretty sweet. I will post a few screen grabs shortly.

Having spent the last three months trying to tie down a new design for the Polaris Digital Pictures site, a new design has finally been approved. Realising that as an indie film making community, PDP only releases on average one film every two years into the public domain, we knew the site needed to be flexible, but wouldn’t be the most frequently updated site in the world. The new site will feature all four of the current PDP shorts;
- Butterflies (2004)
- The Mobius Strip (2004)
- The Watercloset Diary (2004)
- Karma Kollectors (2005)
Each film will be released in order of production over four months. The award winning ‘The Mobius Strip‘ shall be a special new never before seen version, finished especially for this web site launch. ‘Karma Kollectors‘ from Director/Producer Jo Clark will have its premier online at PDP.
Please check http://pictures.polaris-digital.com for more details in 2006.
Polaris Digital Pictures will produce ‘Edgware‘ in 2006. This short tale of a chance encounter on the London Underground will be directed by myself. Manchester City Centre will double for London’s West End. Although this may seem a strange decision, many factors influenced this choice; mainly the fact that I currently live in the Machintosh Village in Manchester; Manchester City Centre is very grand and is used to double for London, New York and Chicago on many occasions; and compared to London, Manchester is cheaper and far easier to work with and get around.
Look out for more news soon.
