Potato and Leek
Today it is Thursday. The temperture this morning barely touched -2 degrees celcius. My morning starts at 6am when I am usually rudely awakened by my alarm. After hitting it repeatedly for ten minutes, I usually get up out of bed to leave my peacefully sleeping girlfriend Sian in her slumber.
After bumbling around in the flat for another ten minutes, its time for a shower. As quick as I am in the shower, I’m off out again and out of the flat. By 6:40am, I am freezing to death at Oxford Road Station waiting for my first train to whisk me to work in Sheffield.
This is my life, five days a week, 48 weeks a year… and its got to change…
